In 2011, my nephew asked me if I would officiate at his upcoming wedding to his fiance, and since I have always been comfortable speaking in front of large groups (sometimes as large as 5,000 people!), I readily agreed. I spent almost a year learning about ceremonies; what they represent and all the different details in each one. Needless to say, the wedding (and the ceremony!) was a success, and shortly afterward my cousin asked me to officiate at his wedding as well.

Since I enjoyed being part of something that brings so many people so much joy, I decided to make my talents available to the general public. And still today, after officiating at more than 150 weddings, I'm still honored to be a part of an event that is so significant in the lives of so many people!
