In our terms of service, “we”, “us”, “our”, and “Wedding Hub” refer to us, while “you”, “your”, and “user” pertain to you. When we mention the “Wedding Hub services”, we encompass our phone-based and text-based services (the “Wedding Hub mobile services”), our website and web app-based services (the “Wedding Hub web app”), as well as various websites, applications, text messages, email notifications, and other mediums provided by Wedding Hub.
We reserve the right to modify the Wedding Hub Terms of Use at our discretion, with updates reflected in the “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of Wedding Hub services constitutes acceptance of these changes. If you’re using our services on behalf of an organization, you’re agreeing to these terms for that entity, ensuring you have the authority to bind them, unless a separate agreement is in place, in which case, it takes precedence.
Whether you’re an individual user or representing an organization, you acknowledge the validity of these terms supported by fair consideration. By using Wedding Hub services, you consent to receive phone calls and text messages from us and our partners. This includes authorization for communication via auto-generated messages or automated calling systems. If you don’t agree to receive such communications, refrain from using our services or providing your information.
You also agree to indemnify Wedding Hub for any claims or damages resulting from your failure to notify us of changes to your contact information, including those related to the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA). You have the option to revoke consent for phone calls by requesting placement on an internal Do Not Call list and for text messages by responding with STOP. However, revocation doesn’t apply to actions taken before we receive your request.
In the event of a dispute between us, we agree to binding arbitration. These Terms contain a binding arbitration agreement, which means that you and Wedding Hub agree to resolve certain disputes through binding individual arbitration, giving up any right to have those disputes decided by a judge or jury. You have the right to opt out of our agreement to arbitrate. See the Legal Disputes section below for more details.
The Wedding Hub services are not intended for minors and are meant to be accessed and used only by adults. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13, and you should not provide us with any information regarding any individual under the age of 13. Additionally, Wedding Hub services are designed for citizens and residents of the United States and Canada.
Please review these Terms carefully. Once accepted by your use of Wedding Hub services, these Terms become a binding legal commitment between you and Wedding Hub. If you do not agree to be bound by these Terms, you should not use Wedding Hub services.
We may revise these Wedding Hub terms of service from time to time. If we do, our revised terms will supersede prior versions. Unless otherwise stated, revisions will be effective on and after the date at the top of the revised terms. If we make any material changes to our terms of service, we will provide notice to you either here, via the Wedding Hub app, or via text or email. For non-material changes, we will update the effective date of our terms of service at the top of this page. We encourage you to check the effective date of these terms of service whenever you visit our website or use Wedding Hub services. Your continued access or use of Wedding Hub services constitutes your acceptance of any and all changes.
To use Wedding Hub services, you will be asked to provide your mobile phone number and consent to be contacted via voice call and/or text message, including through the use of automated calling technology, even if you’ve registered that number on a Do-Not-Call registry. We may also request other information such as your email address or current physical address. You must provide true, accurate, current, and complete information about yourself as requested during the user onboarding process and keep that information up to date.
Your right to access and use Wedding Hub services is personal to you and is not transferable to any other person or entity. You are only entitled to access and use Wedding Hub services for lawful purposes and pursuant to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. You are solely responsible for all use (whether authorized or not) of Wedding Hub services related to your mobile phone number, including the quality and integrity of your User Data. You are also responsible for all acts and omissions of anyone who has access to or uses your mobile phone number (“end users”). You agree to take all reasonable precautions to prevent unauthorized access to or use of Wedding Hub services and will notify us promptly of any unauthorized access or use. We will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized use of Wedding Hub services via your mobile phone number. Additionally, you agree not to allow any person under the age of 18 to use Wedding Hub services via your mobile phone number.
Wedding Hub makes no guarantees regarding the availability of our services. While we strive to ensure that Wedding Hub services are accessible to you, we cannot guarantee their availability at all times or during specific periods.
You may use the Wedding Hub services solely in accordance with these terms of service. Your use of the Wedding Hub services is on a non-exclusive basis and must be solely in connection with and as necessary for your activities as outlined in these Terms. Any action by you that, in our sole discretion, (i) violates our Terms and/or our Privacy Policy, (ii) restricts, inhibits, or prevents any access, use, or enjoyment of the Wedding Hub services, or (iii) through the use of the Wedding Hub services, defames, abuses, harasses, offends, or threatens others, will not be permitted and may result in your loss of the right to access and use the Wedding Hub services. You shall not modify, scrape, embed, or frame the Wedding Hub services without our prior written permission.
Wedding Hub reserves the right to discontinue providing services to any particular user, group of users, or all users, at its sole discretion and without prior notice.
Through the Wedding Hub services, you may choose to connect to third-party service providers. Wedding Hub does not endorse any third-party service providers. It is your responsibility to thoroughly investigate any third-party service providers. Wedding Hub is not responsible for any service provider.
Wedding Hub does not endorse and is not responsible or liable for any content, service provider content, promotions, data, advertising, products, goods, or services available or unavailable from, or through, any service providers. Should you use or rely on such content, service provider content, promotions, data, advertisement, products, goods, or services, Wedding Hub is not responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with such use or reliance. Your dealings with, or participation in promotions of, any service provider and any other terms, conditions, representations, or warranties associated with such dealings are solely between you and the service provider and do not involve Wedding Hub. You should make whatever investigation or seek any resources that you deem necessary or appropriate before hiring or engaging service providers.
You agree that Wedding Hub is not responsible for the accessibility or unavailability of any service provider or for your interactions and dealings with them. You waive the right to bring or assert any claim against Wedding Hub relating to any interactions or dealings with any service provider and release Wedding Hub from any and all liability for or relating to any interactions or dealings with service providers. Additionally, Wedding Hub may exclude service providers from displaying in search results on the Wedding Hub website for failing to meet particular standards regarding service provider conduct and performance.
Wedding Hub may, at its sole discretion, conduct criminal and/or financial background checks on certain service providers. By having such background checks conducted, Wedding Hub does not waive any of its disclaimers or limitations of liability, including without limitation, those set forth in this section, Section 25 (Warranty Disclaimer), or Section 26 (Limitation of Liability).
Through the Wedding Hub services, Wedding Hub and our partners and affiliates may provide a venue through which you can obtain information and, upon your request, be connected to third-party service providers, such as wedding planners, photographers, florists, and other companies providing wedding-related services through our network (“service providers”). We do not endorse or recommend the products or services of any service provider and are not an agent or advisor to you or any service provider. We do not validate or investigate the licensing, certification, or other requirements and qualifications of service providers. It is your responsibility to investigate any service providers before you engage them. You acknowledge and agree that these service providers are solely responsible for any services that they may provide to you and that we are not liable for any losses, costs, damages, or claims in connection with, arising from, or related to, your use of a service provider’s products or services. We urge you to obtain the advice of financial advisors or other qualified professionals who are fully aware of your individual circumstances before making any decisions. You acknowledge and agree that you rely on your own judgment and that of such advisors in selecting any products or services offered by service providers.

Unlike a direct agent or lending institution, Wedding Hub serves as a facilitator, helping you find the perfect match for your wedding needs based on the information you provide. We do not make credit decisions or issue financial products; our role is purely to assist you in your journey to a dream wedding.
For those seeking wedding services, Wedding Hub offers its assistance free of charge. Service providers may compensate us for the connection to our users, but we remain uninvolved in any fee arrangements you may have with them. By engaging with Wedding Hub, you agree to release us from any liability related to the use of a service provider’s offerings, including any fees they may charge.
When you share information with Wedding Hub that is not protected by trademark or copyright, you grant us the exclusive right to use, adapt, and publish that information. If you have permission to share trademarked or copyrighted material, you extend to us the right to use it in line with our content policies.
We ask that you refrain from sharing any content that infringes on intellectual property rights, violates laws or regulations, or is harmful or misleading in any way. Wedding Hub reserves the right to edit or remove content that does not comply with our terms.
