Restricted Businesses
At Wedding Hub, we uphold certain standards regarding the use of our platform and services to ensure the integrity and legality of transactions. The following categories of businesses and practices, known as the “Restricted Businesses,” are prohibited from utilizing the Wedding Hub Platform and Services, as outlined in our Network Rules. While some exceptions may apply with explicit prior approval from Wedding Hub, businesses offering illegal products or services are never eligible to use our services.
Illegal Products and Services: This includes activities such as intellectual property infringement, distribution of counterfeit goods, and unauthorized sales of brand-name products.
Gambling: Activities involving lotteries, bidding fee auctions, and other forms of gambling are not permitted.
Regulated or Illegal Products or Services: Businesses involved in the sale of regulated or illegal products, such as cannabis dispensaries, online pharmacies, and firearms, are restricted.
Adult Content and Services: Websites or services offering adult content, pornography, or sexually-oriented services are not allowed.
Unfair, Predatory, or Deceptive Practices: Practices such as get-rich-quick schemes, investment opportunities promising high rewards, and mug shot publication sites are prohibited.
No-Value-Added Services: Sale or resale of services without added benefit, as well as deceptive or predatory websites, are not permitted.
Aggregation: Engaging in activities intended to obfuscate the origin of funds or unauthorized aggregation of funds owed to third parties is prohibited.
Drug Paraphernalia: Equipment designed for making or using drugs is not allowed.
Multi-Level Marketing: Pyramid schemes and multi-level marketing activities are restricted.
Pseudo Pharmaceuticals: Products making unverified health claims are not permitted.
Social Media Activity: Sale of social media followers, likes, views, and online traffic is prohibited.
Substances Mimicking Illegal Drugs: Sale of legal substances that mimic the effects of illegal drugs is not allowed.
Video Game or Virtual World Credits: Sale of in-game currency or items is restricted unless operated by the virtual world’s operator.
