Ordering Process
Ordering from Yours Truly Invitations is designed to be a simple and enjoyable experience. Here’s how the process works:
- Consultation: The journey begins with a free consultation. This can be conducted via email, phone, video call, or in person at our design studio located in Parkersburg, WV, for those who are local.

- Invoice and Deposit: Once the design idea is agreed upon, a detailed invoice is sent to you. A 50% deposit is required to begin the design proof process. This ensures your commitment and allows us to start creating your custom stationery.
- Proofing Process: The design proof process includes up to five rounds of online proofs, allowing you to refine and perfect the design. Lindsey will guide you through each round, making adjustments until you are completely satisfied with the final proof.
- Final Approval and Payment: After you approve the final proof, the remaining balance is due. This finalizes your order and moves it into the printing and production phase.
Production Time
The production timeline varies depending on the complexity of the design and the time of year. Typically, production takes between 2 to 4 weeks. This timeframe includes printing, assembly, and any special finishes or customizations.
