Facilities and Capacity

Three Waters Reserve offers a range of event spaces for newlyweds-to-be to choose from. For those who want to make the most of this stunning natural habitat, up to 200 guests can be accommodated for outdoor events. Alternatively, couples can opt for the Main Hall, which accommodates up to 88 guests.

Services Offered

In addition to hosting ceremonies and receptions, Three Waters Reserve can accommodate pre-nuptial celebrations, including engagement parties, showers, and rehearsal dinners. The venue allows the use of outside vendors on-site and provides essential banquet necessities such as tables and chairs, eliminating the need to source these items elsewhere.

History

The venue boasts a rich history, with evidence of human presence in the area dating back almost 12,000 years. The Sugar River is renowned for its freshwater pearl rush in the early 1900s, attracting people from far and wide. The Reserve itself was purchased by Henry C. Putnam in 1905. Although the land was briefly converted into a golf course, it was lovingly restored to a natural reserve in 2018.
