As a fifth-generation operated farm owned by the Evans family, this historic space blends rustic charm with modern amenities, ideal for couples seeking an elegant farm or barn wedding experience.

The Venue boasts versatile spaces that can accommodate small to large-scale events. The main barn area spans 4,300 square feet and comfortably seats up to 200 guests banquet-style. Outside, the ceremony space features a backdrop of apple orchards and classic Kentucky wood plank fencing, perfect for exchanging vows. Guests can enjoy cocktail hours on the patio illuminated by string lights, lawn games on the expansive green space, and breathtaking sunset views. The recently renovated tobacco barn houses temperature-controlled bridal and groom dressing suites, a prep kitchen for caterers, modern restrooms, and ample parking. The addition of a silo dressing suite with industrial furnishings and local Kentucky decor enhances the venue’s charm.

Options range from single-day to weekend rentals, available from mid-April to mid-November.
