The Chandelier Room:
Featuring nine oversized crystal chandeliers and original brick walls, The Chandelier Room provides a beautiful and intimate backdrop for any event. Built in the 1860s, this historic space retains its original windows and columns, offering a fully customizable environment for your celebration.
The Garage Room:
Adjacent to The Chandelier Room, The Garage Room boasts grand 20-foot vaulted ceilings, custom-made light fixtures, and its original wooden garage door, which can be opened to invite guests to enjoy the Southern evening breeze. Together with The Chandelier Room, The Southerly can comfortably accommodate up to 250 guests.
The Courtyard:
Perfect for outdoor cocktails and summertime celebrations, The Courtyard is adorned with romantic overhead string lights, creating a magical ambiance for guests to enjoy late into the night.
Wedding Suites:
The Southerly offers two Wedding Suites where you and your wedding party can relax and share special moments as you prepare for your big day.
