The Barn at Cottonwood Ranch is a wedding and event venue located in Callahan, Florida. Cottonwood Ranch spans 759 beautiful acres of pastures, freshwater ponds, and ancient trees, and is home to more than 500 free-range Angus cattle. This expansive and secluded ranch provides the perfect backdrop for hosting weddings and events.

Facilities and Capacity

The Barn, constructed with over 85 percent of its lumber sourced from the ranch, features a massive covered front porch for a grand entrance, two covered side porches, cathedral ceilings, exposed woodwork, and large windows. Highlights include hand-hewn cypress, a repurposed syrup kettle fire pit, and reclaimed railings from a 19th-century bank. Beneath the grand staircase lies a large stone barn made of locally sourced cypress.

Grand amenities include a main hall, bridal lounge, groom’s cabin, bar, commercial kitchen, large gas fire pit, and more. Accessibility is ensured with wide, paved paths, low thresholds, and ADA-compliant restrooms. The main gathering space is on the ground level, making it easy for all to explore. The Barn can accommodate up to 300 guests.

Set in a secluded area of the ranch, The Barn allows guests to dance, sing, and party without worrying about disturbing nearby neighbors. It is equipped to host ceremonies, receptions, showers, engagement parties, elopements, rehearsal dinners, and other wedding events.
