Personalized Ceremony Creation
At Songs of Wild Grace, we begin with a 30-minute phone consultation with the engaged couple. This conversation helps us understand your vision for the ceremony, including your style preferences, how you met, and what makes your relationship special. From there, Kelsey crafts a custom ceremony that reflects your love and values.
Ceremony Draft Review and Feedback
About a week before the wedding day, you’ll receive a draft of the ceremony via email. This allows you to review the content and provide any feedback or suggestions for changes or additions. We want to ensure that the ceremony reflects your wishes and is exactly as you envision it.
Wedding Day Support
On the wedding day, Kelsey arrives early at the venue to assist with paperwork and address any last-minute questions or concerns. She dresses to complement the wedding colors and is available for photos upon request, blending seamlessly into your special day.
By Donation Basis
Songs of Wild Grace operates on a by-donation basis, meaning there is no set fee for officiating services. Instead, Kelsey asks couples to consider their budget, her time and energy invested in crafting and officiating the ceremony, and transportation costs. This flexible approach allows for a balanced and loving exchange that aligns with the couple’s financial considerations.
