The Saratoga Foothill Club is an historic 1915 Arts and Crafts-style building, designed by Julia Morgan, the chief architect of Hearst Castle. Nestled in a charming neighborhood just one block from beautiful downtown Saratoga, the venue offers easy access from major highways. This elegant, full-service venue is perfect for a variety of events, including rehearsal dinners, ceremonies, receptions, engagement parties, bridal showers, vow renewals, bar/bat mitzvahs, and more.
Architectural Features
The venue boasts a vaulted redwood ceiling and large glass windows that provide abundant natural light, giving the site a rich, old-world charm and a welcoming atmosphere. A major exterior preservation project, completed in 2023 with meticulous attention to historical standards, offers a photo-ready backdrop for your event.
Outdoor Spaces
The gorgeous “Secret Garden” patio, with a grand arbor and flowering plants, is a popular choice for ceremonies. It can also be used for cocktail hour or as additional dining space.
Indoor Spaces
Inside the club, a foyer leads to the ballroom with an open, adjacent dining room. The space can be configured for either a buffet or multi-course sit-down dinner, accommodating up to 150 guests depending on the dining and dancing floorplan. The venue is equipped with a modern kitchen, air-conditioning, Wi-Fi, and a bridal suite. The elevated stage serves as a lovely spot for the wedding altar, a live band or DJ, or video presentations. Amenities include tables and chairs, with upgrades available for additional fees.

Ample, convenient parking is available immediately across the street and just a few steps from the entrance to the venue.

Gunther’s Catering, a family-owned business with 53+ years of event management experience, handles the venue’s catering and event coordination services. From full-service event planning to buffet, plated, and cocktail-style receptions, they are dedicated to creating a memorable celebration. For additional fees, you can choose a different caterer from our preferred list, or your own upon approval from the club.
