Dressing rooms are available for both wedding parties, while guests can use the parking on-site and take advantage of wheelchair access throughout the facility.

Services Offered

When booking the Oklahoma Aquarium, an on-site venue coordinator will help couples with decisions and adjustments before the event, as well as provide on-site coordination on the day of the wedding. The venue provides chairs, tables, and linens for couples, with the option of renting more if needed. Staff will be present to assist in setting up the wedding and rehearsal area, as well as providing tear down and clean up at the end of the occasion. Cuisine

Oklahoma Aquarium employs their own in-house catering team who can help couples plan their perfect menu. They offer private tastings for couples, and allow an outside cake to be brought in the day of the wedding. Before the reception, their servers can offer hors d’oeuvres at a cocktail reception, and then move to provide buffet, plated, stations, or family-style service at dinner. Items such as china, flatware, linens, barware, a chocolate fountain, and glassware can also be supplied.
