Facilities and Capacity
The estate features intricate classic southern details with a modern twist. Guests are welcomed into the elegant Grand Foyer, a spacious area suitable for intimate gatherings, accommodating up to 100 guests. The Merrell Ballroom & Bar serves as the primary event space, hosting up to 200 guests for a ceremony or 175 for dinner, complete with space for a dance floor and live music. For outdoor events, the Portico offers a covered area with high ceilings and garden views, accommodating 175 guests for dinner, with ample space for dancing. The venue supports numerous indoor-outdoor events, with easily connected spaces.
Additional amenities include a Luxury Bridal Suite equipped with plush furniture and individual makeup stations, alongside a Groom’s Room featuring a pool table, stocked bar, large televisions, and outdoor games. The meticulously landscaped gardens span over two acres, showcasing a variety of native and tropical flora. The Lawn serves as the largest outdoor ceremony space, with seating for over 300 guests, while the Aisle of Palms offers a dramatic setting for wedding marches. The Wild Garden provides intimate alcoves perfect for private moments and photography. For smaller ceremonies, beach and sound-side access is available, ideal for capturing sunset pictures.
