Highway Accessible Lodge with Modern Conveniences
Majestic Valley Lodge offers all modern conveniences in a remote wilderness setting. The mountainous alpine environment provides a stunning backdrop for ceremonies and photographs. The spacious 7,000 square foot hand-scribed log lodge can accommodate up to 100 people in the dining area and lounge. In the summer months, additional seating is available on the covered porch. For groups of 100 or fewer, plated or buffet meals are available. Larger groups can enjoy a buffet-style reception with partial seating or extended seating on the lawn.
Dining and Entertainment Options
The large, open dining room with a wood floor is perfect for bands, DJs, dancing, and slide projection presentations. Guests can use the inside SONOS sound system for their events via their iTunes, Spotify, Pandora, etc., accounts, or they may bring their own exterior sound system.
Wedding Ceremony Sites
Most weddings take place on our lawn, which features a 7’x7’ wedding arbor and stunning views. Electrical outlets are available adjacent to the lawn ceremony site. Tents can be rented from local vendors, or the lodge can be used for ceremonies if the weather is unfavorable.
Accommodation Options
Majestic Valley Lodge can accommodate up to 60 people with double or triple occupancy in the 8 Adventure Lodge Rooms, 7 Main Lodge Rooms, 2 Freestanding Cabins, and the new 4-bedroom Moose Chalet. For overflow, guests can book at nearby lodges such as Little Bear Guest Cabins, Tundra Rose Guest Cottages, Homestead Guest Cabins, Sheep Mountain Lodge, Long Rifle Lodge, or Eureka Lodge. Additional accommodations are available through AirBNB/VRBO within a 20-minute drive. RV camping is available in the parking lot with electrical hookups, and full-service RV hookups are available 6 miles away at Grand View.
Activities and Amenities
Guests can enjoy hiking, glacier tours, lawn and board games, hot tubbing, and the full-service bar during the wedding weekend. The lodge also features a bonfire pit for an enjoyable weekend gathering.
Gourmet Meals
Our chefs prepare gourmet meals with food grown at the lodge whenever possible. All meals are made in-house for an exceptional culinary experience.
Food and Alcohol Policy
All food and alcohol consumed by wedding guests during the wedding weekend must be purchased through the lodge. We offer options for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, ranging from budget-conscious to 5-star high-end meals.
