History

• Origin: Built in 1863 by Captain Jedediah Hawkins, inspired by Italian architecture, and once known as one of the finest residences on North Fork.
• Restoration: Fell into despair in the 1980s and was labeled haunted by locals. Meticulously restored and opened to the public in 2005 as a luxurious boutique hotel, restaurant, and speakeasy.
