Venue Overview
Horsehead Lake Lodge and Event Center in Johnson County, Clarksville, Arkansas, is a unique, WEATHERPROOF, waterfront venue perfect for weddings, receptions, banquets, corporate retreats, and special events. Since August 2020, this secluded location has offered an all-inclusive package that includes both the Event Center (Reception Hall-Ceremony Hall and Deck) and lodging. You can hold your wedding under the Arkansas skies on the cantilevered deck overlooking the lake or inside the ceremony or reception halls. If it rains, simply move indoors without losing the stunning view! The bridal suite, located next to the venue, also serves as a honeymoon suite.

Accommodation
The Main Lodge accommodates up to 12 guests for overnight stays and is less than 300 feet from the venue. The newly constructed reception hall features apartments on the second, third, and fourth floors, including a rooftop skydeck and a balcony overlooking the reception space. Additional smaller glamping cabins and waterfall cabins can sleep up to four guests each, allowing on-site lodging for up to 50 guests.

Facilities and Capacity
The venue is available stand-alone or as part of an inclusive package that covers both the Event Center and lodging for up to 50 guests. The reception hall offers 4,000 square feet of event space on the first floor, while the upper floors provide upscale apartments sleeping 12, including a rooftop sky deck with an observation room. Horsehead Lake Lodge I, which also sleeps 12, functions as a larger bridal suite in addition to a smaller suite that sleeps two. Additional glamping and waterfall cabins are available.

Services Offered
Horsehead Lake Lodge and Event Center hosts a variety of events, including engagement parties, bridal showers, rehearsal dinners, elopements, ceremonies, and receptions. All rentals include sound systems, tables, chairs, and high-speed wifi. The venue also offers connections to numerous outside vendors and permits outside alcohol.

Additional Amenities
The site features kayaks, canoes, paddle boats, pickleball courts, and basketball courts for guest use at no additional charge. An outdoor kitchen, complete with a fireplace, TV, griddle, smoker, grill, and two-burner stove, has recently been added.
