A True Alaskan at Heart
My name is Kally (Flynn) DiMarzio, and I’m a proud lifelong Alaskan. Born and raised in the scenic city of Juneau, Alaska, I’ve always been surrounded by the breathtaking beauty of nature. Today, I continue to call Juneau home, where I live with my wonderful husband, Ken, and our two adorable daughters.
A Passion for Photography
Photography first captured my heart as a simple hobby, sparked by my love for travel. Over time, that hobby evolved into a deep passion, and in 2012, I turned that passion into a thriving business. There’s something magical about freezing a moment in time, especially when it comes to capturing the essence of love and life. I’m fascinated by the way good lighting can transform a scene, and I’m always on the lookout for those perfect, candid moments that tell a story.
My Love for Love
I am absolutely in love with love—whether it’s in the form of heartfelt stories, cherished family moments, or the adventures we embark on together. My family means the world to me, and I find immense joy in documenting our life through the lens of my camera. I’m an adventurer at heart, and I love spending time outdoors, whether it’s camping, fishing, or simply exploring the rugged landscapes of Alaska.
Balancing Life’s Adventures
In addition to photography, I have a passion for yoga and trail running, especially when it’s raining. However, with two little ones under the age of two, finding time for those activities has become more of a challenge. Despite the busy days, I wouldn’t trade it for anything. My husband affectionately calls me “the documenter,” and it’s a title I embrace fully. Capturing the love and life around me is my way of preserving memories, not just for my clients, but for my own family as well.
My Greatest Joy
Above all, the roles I cherish most are being a mom and a wife. My family is my everything, and they inspire me daily to continue doing what I love. I specialize in capturing love and life through photography. This includes engagement sessions, weddings, family portraits, maternity shoots, newborn photography, and lifestyle sessions. My focus is on creating timeless, candid images that tell your unique story.
How long have you been in business?
I’ve been professionally photographing since 2012. What began as a passion during my travels has grown into a fulfilling career, and I've had the pleasure of working with countless clients to capture their most cherished moments.
Where are you based, and do you travel for sessions?
I’m based in Juneau, Alaska, where I was born and raised. While I primarily serve the local area, I’m also available to travel for destination weddings or special shoots. If you have a location in mind, let’s chat!

My style is a blend of candid and natural photography, focusing on genuine emotions and moments. I love working with natural light to create soft, warm, and timeless images that reflect the love and connection between people.
