Overview

I started working in the transportation industry over 20 years ago. Shortly after I began driving limousines, I did my first wedding. It was then that I realized I could do so much more than just drive. Most weddings involve a lot of details, and even if the bride, groom, or parents handle all the planning, they are often still delegating on the day of. Being a natural helper, organizer, and detail-oriented person, I began assisting wherever I could. Eventually, I wanted to contribute even more, so I took a course to learn every possible aspect of weddings.

Certification and Experience

In the process, I became a Certified Bridal Consultant. I began coordinating weddings for a local limousine company as a full-time job, which allowed me to meet some of the best wedding professionals in the business. Fourteen years ago, I started promoting myself as a Wedding Day-of Coordinator. With my experience coordinating events during the 3-plus hours a couple typically has a limo on their wedding day, I was now able to assist from beginning to end. Shortly after, I ventured into the fashion industry, coordinating many fashion shows from start to finish.

Photography Passion

Another passion of mine since I was 8 years old is photography. In 2014, I expanded my business to include photography. Unlike others in the industry, I prefer to stay part-time in this field, handling a few weddings each year to give my full attention to making your wedding the best it can be.

Some may ask why add the cost of a Day-of Coordinator (DOC) to the budget. I say consider this: Your big day is approaching, and you have dedicated so much time to planning and perfecting every aspect of your wedding. Do you want to leave the execution of these details to chance? Probably not, which means you or your family might still be working when you should be enjoying yourselves. You are the bride and groom, and your wedding should be the happiest day of your life, not the most stressful. You should be carrying your bouquet, not a clipboard. Leave behind all your worries and trust that you can enjoy all of your hard work coming to fruition. You need someone responsible for putting all the elements and details in place on your wedding day, and that person is me!
