Waterway View Event Room
Capacity: Up to 130 Guests
Our most popular room is the rental of the Waterway View Event Room. This gorgeous space is located on the second level of the venue. Yes, we do have an elevator. The Event Room can accommodate up to 130 guests. The room comes with a limited number of round tables, banquet tables, and 130 gold chivari chairs. The upstairs space also has its own private built-in bar, outside patio, and restrooms.
Oyster Dining Room + Seabreeze Bar & Restaurant
Capacity: Dining Room 60 Guests | Bar Area 50 Guests | Outside Patio 60 Guests
Our Oyster Dining Room is perfect for smaller intimate events, your cocktail hour, or a backup ceremony space. Rental of the Oyster Dining Room also includes the outside patio and the restaurant/main bar area!
Seagrass Ceremony Lawn
Setup and removal of 100 white garden chairs. Additional chairs are available for an additional fee.
Bridal Suite
Our on-site Bridal Suite is the perfect place to get ready the day of the wedding! The room has floor-to-ceiling mirrors, salon-style chairs, a loveseat, sitting chairs, and a table for drinks and snacks.

Our Catering Department, ART Catering & Events, handles all of your culinary needs. In business since 1997, we have long-standing experience in the food and event industry. We have menus ranging from Hors D’oeuvres, Buffet Dinners, Plated Dinners, BBQ Cookouts, Low Country Boil, Vegetarian Dishes, Vegan Dishes, Homemade Desserts, and more. If you have a special request, just ask! Our French-Cuisine trained Chef is ready to assist.
Wedding Planner
A Wedding Planner is required for weddings at Brick Landing. If you do not have a planner, we offer a month-of planner service with our in-house team. Inquire for details!
