Emily’s Heirloom Pound Cakes, LLC began as a heartfelt fundraiser that blossomed into a beloved family business. In just nine months, we raised over $14,000 by selling our family’s cherished pound cake, funding trips for our sons to Europe and China in the summer of 2014. After successfully raising the full tuition for both adventures, we officially launched Emily’s Heirloom Pound Cakes in July 2014. The name honors our “Big Mama,” Mrs. Emily Magnolia McClung, whose classic recipe we lovingly tweaked to create our signature cakes.

Our Wedding Pound Cake, often referred to as a “naked cake,” is a stunning 3-tiered masterpiece designed to serve 102 guests. Traditionally made with our Original Emily’s flavor, this cake is adorned with an array of fresh fruits, including strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, raspberries, and two varieties of grapes. The layers are filled with our delicious cream cheese buttercream, creating a mouthwatering combination that’s as beautiful as it is tasty.

The Mini Wedding Pound Cake

Perfect for smaller gatherings or special occasions, our Mini Wedding Pound Cake features 3 tiers with 2 cakes on each tier, serving 68 guests. Available in both Original Emily’s and Chocolate Lovers, this cake is versatile enough for use as a groom’s cake, an anniversary cake, or for any celebration. The chocolate version is garnished with chocolate-covered strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, blackberries, and grapes, with a raspberry cream cheese buttercream filling between the layers.
