Facilities and Capacity

Indoor and Outdoor Event Spaces:
Eight Ten Ranch features a range of stunning indoor and outdoor event spaces including a reception hall, covered patio, and outdoor ceremony location. Say ‘I do’ next to the pond where an extensive guest list of more than 250 can enjoy the shade of the cedar arbor.

Reception Hall:
Move the celebrations indoors to the 3,750-square-foot reception hall. The modern, barn-style room is filled with natural light from the floor-to-ceiling windows and features iron chandeliers and an all-white interior.

Covered Patio:
Open the 6-foot-wide French doors out onto the large covered patio to create a unique indoor-outdoor event. The patio is 1,600-square-foot and features views of the property, an area for a bar, and suitable space for a band.

Additional Facilities:
The property also features a prep kitchen and two get-ready suites. One suite is equipped with salon chairs, mirrors, and a private bathroom, while the other includes a fridge, television, and games.

Services Offered

Wedding Packages:
Eight Ten Ranch will work with you to create a perfect setting for your special day. Their wedding packages include a choice of rental periods of between 5 and 12 hours. Included in this rental is a choice of indoor and outdoor ceremony locations and the use of the reception hall for your celebrations.

Inclusions:
Tables and chairs for up to 300 guests and a one-hour rehearsal slot are included. The wedding party can also use the bridal and groom suites for their pre-wedding preparations.

Vendor Flexibility:
The team here is open to working with your choice of outside vendors.
