Comprehensive Wedding Services

We offer a variety of services to meet your needs, whether you’re planning a grand celebration or an intimate elopement. Our services include:

• Officiant/Notary Services: $600.00
  Includes rehearsal and is available within 50 miles of Birmingham. We work with you to create a personalized ceremony script that is written to your approval. Consultations are available via face-to-face meetings, Zoom, or telephone.
• Day-of Coordination/Choreographing: $2,000.00
  Our team will direct and choreograph your wedding ceremony, ensuring everything runs smoothly. This service includes consultations to understand your vision and bring it to life.
• Handfasting Ceremony: $1,500.00
  This package includes planning, rehearsal, officiating, and notary services, perfect for couples seeking a traditional or spiritual element in their ceremony.

For locations beyond 75 miles of Birmingham, travel expenses and accommodation for a minimum one-night stay near the venue will be determined during the consultation.

Experienced and Reliable

Having officiated and coordinated thousands of weddings over the past two decades, we understand the importance of reliability and professionalism. Unlike many vendors, we have a contingency plan in place to ensure that your wedding is never compromised, even in case of an emergency. We have a team of three other trained and experienced officiants and wedding professionals ready to step in if needed.

SYMBIS Couple’s Counseling Program

While we do not require pre-marital counseling, we highly encourage it through the SYMBIS (Saving Your Marriage Before It Starts) program. This program is designed to make a good relationship great. The assessment part of the program requires a one-time fee of $35.00 online, and we offer a 3 to 5-hour counseling session for a minimum of $200.00.
