Impress your guests with the color, fragrance, and unique settings at the Foellinger-Freimann Botanical Conservatory. Located in downtown Fort Wayne, the Conservatory offers beautiful gardens and a variety of unique spaces for your wedding reception and ceremony.

Facility Rental

You can rent the full facility for your big day on a Friday, Saturday, or Sunday evening. Additional spaces are also available for weekdays, weekday evenings, and Saturday/Sunday daytime.

Amenities

• Comprehensive Facility Access: The rental includes all gardens, the Orchid and Magnolia Rooms indoors, and the large outdoor Terrace Garden.
• Magnolia Room Features: The Magnolia Room opens directly to the seasonal Showcase Garden, featuring four different exhibits each year.
• Outdoor Terrace Garden Capacity: The Terrace Garden accommodates up to 500 guests informally or 280 guests for a sit-down meal.
• Tent Options: The tent on the Terrace Garden allows for tables for sit-down dining or can be left open for a dance floor or ceremony.
• Ceremony Seating: Ceremony seating is available in the Terrace Garden or indoor rooms.
• Expansive Gardens: Enjoy 25,000 square feet of indoor gardens, plus four outdoor gardens and two ponds, creating an intimate atmosphere that harmonizes with nature.
• Catering Services: An approved caterers list is provided to help you make your day memorable.
• Furniture Availability: Tables and chairs are available at no additional cost (subject to inventory).
• Event Support: Set-up and tear-down of tables and chairs are provided by Conservatory staff.
• Guest Parking: Free parking is available for your guests in the Civic Center Parking Garage located across the street.
