Dispute Resolution is an important aspect of our relationship with our users. Except for disputes eligible for resolution in small claims court, all disputes arising from or related to our agreement or any aspect of the relationship between you and Wedding Hub will be resolved through final and binding arbitration. This process involves a neutral arbitrator instead of litigation in a court by a judge or jury. By using our services, you agree to waive the right to trial by jury and to participate in class arbitrations or actions.

Arbitration proceedings will be administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, as amended by our agreement. The arbitrator’s decision will adhere to the terms of our agreement and will be final and binding. Relief may be awarded by the arbitrator, including injunctive relief or specific performance of our agreement, as deemed necessary for the individual claim.

While this Dispute Resolution provision is intended to be comprehensive, if any part of it is deemed invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions will still apply.
