Venue Overview Following a $7 million renovation of the historic Brook Corners mansion, Swan Club On The Harbor now boasts artfully-designed banquet rooms and scenic landscapes. The venue blends Jazz Age elegance with contemporary sophistication, ensuring a warm and inviting atmosphere for all guests.
The Gardens Spanning seven acres, our lushly-landscaped gardens overlook Roslyn Harbor towards the Long Island Sound. Colorful seasonal plantings, ponds, bridges, fountains, and a resident family of swans provide a picturesque backdrop. The Wedding Pavilion and multiple outdoor ceremony locations, including the Overview Patio and Floating Deck, offer enchanting settings for ceremonies and entertainment.
Camelot and Contessa Ballrooms The Camelot Ballroom, bathed in natural light with floor-to-ceiling windows, accommodates up to 300 guests. Adjacent, the Contessa Ballroom offers wrap-around garden views for parties of 100-150, and both can combine to host up to 450 guests. Equipped with state-of-the-art audio/visual and custom-lighting systems, they ensure a memorable celebration.
Garden Room and After Deck The Garden Room provides an exclusive and romantic ambiance, featuring oversized windows overlooking the gardens, a private entrance, coat check, bridal suite, and guest bathrooms. The adjacent After Deck, complete with a bar and dance floor, is perfect for receptions or intimate wedding parties.
