History

Rasmussen Diamonds has been a staple in the Racine, Wisconsin community for over 100 years, supporting more than 50 local charities and organizations. Founded by R.P. Rasmussen in 1900 as Rasmussen Jewelry, the business was originally located at 910 State Street. It moved in 1968 and again in 1998 after the Sustachek family purchased it from Frank Rasmussen. The name was officially changed to Rasmussen Diamonds in 1994, marking its centennial in 2000.
