Owner Karen Wright, alongside executive chef Jerry Gardner, who boasts 42 years in the food service industry, is dedicated to providing a memorable dining experience through exceptional food and outstanding customer service.

- American Classics: BBQ Pulled Pork with our house-made BBQ sauces, Roasted Chicken with Marsala Mushroom Sauce.
- International Flavors: Cajun, Mexican/South of the Border, Asian, Mediterranean, Moroccan, Italian, and Fusion dishes.
- Sample Hors d’Oeuvres: Bacon Spinach Artichoke Dip with Pita Triangles, Coconut Chicken Bites with Spicy Sweet Thai Chili Sauce, Raspberry Chipotle Glazed Meatballs.
- Popular Entrees: Taco/Fajita/Queso Bar, Roasted Chicken Piccata, Roasted Ribeye Roast with Chef’s Carving Station.
