The Venue at Twin Oaks is a mansion wedding venue located in Humboldt, Tennessee, conveniently situated between Nashville and Memphis. This elegant event space features a majestic front lawn, a garden gazebo, and a modern event hall that opens to a charming courtyard and bar house. New for 2022, our all-weather chapel provides a covered, heated and cooled, yet open-air ceremony space. The private six-acre estate is yours for the weekend, and an overnight stay before the wedding is available for the bride and bridesmaids to enhance the wedding weekend experience. Regardless of the season, weddings at The Venue at Twin Oaks are truly unforgettable.
Facilities and Capacity
As its name suggests, The Venue at Twin Oaks features two twin oak trees on the expansive front lawn, each approximately 300 years old. These historic trees often serve as an elegant backdrop for ceremonies. The venue also includes manicured landscaping, a hydrangea garden, a gazebo, and the popular front steps of the mansion for ceremonies.
Inside the mansion, there is nearly 5,000 square feet of space available for rehearsal dinners, intimate ceremonies, receptions, and more. The venue also includes a full kitchen and a suite for getting ready, with an additional space just across the drive for the couple.
The backyard features a beautifully lit courtyard with a brick backdrop for smaller ceremonies. The modern event hall can be utilized for indoor options if needed. For receptions, couples and guests can enjoy the modern event hall with access to the adjacent courtyard and separate bar house, perfect for lawn games, dancing, dining, and more.

- Outside Catering & Alcohol Allowed: Licensed bartenders are required to serve at your reception. We provide a preferred vendor list of businesses with a solid track record, but you are not obligated to use them, nor do we receive compensation for recommending them.
- Included in Your Package: Up to 240 white chairs and a selection of tables (round and rectangle), with upgrades available.
- Parking: We provide a parking attendant for the ceremony day and ample, convenient parking.
- Rental Periods: Saturday weddings include Friday hours for decorating, rehearsal, and rehearsal dinner. Sunday and weekday weddings include the full day and evening.
We offer two in-house wedding coordination packages at an additional charge:
- 2-Day Coordination: Ideal for those who prefer to plan their own event but want to enjoy their day with less stress about directing and details.
- 30+ Day Coordination: Includes advice and assistance with securing top-notch vendors, as well as coordinating final details with all vendors as the day approaches.
