Established in 1927, it is the first golf course in the area and has become a community staple for golfers nationwide. Nestled in the heart of Myrtle Beach, the venue showcases Southern architecture and is situated less than half a mile from the ocean, surrounded by natural dunes and several freshwater lakes. The clubhouse and golf course have undergone extensive renovations to reflect the charm of the 1920s.
Facilities and Capacity
The Pine Lakes clubhouse features two adjoining ballrooms, complete with original hardwood floors, crystal chandeliers, fireplaces, and decorative moulding. An expansive covered porch offers stunning views of the grand lawn, which serves as the outdoor venue for ceremonies. Pine Lakes Country Club can accommodate up to 300 guests.

Pine Lakes Country Club hosts a variety of wedding events, including rehearsal dinners, ceremonies, receptions, and engagement parties. The rental of the clubhouse includes access to the Magnolia and Azalea ballrooms and the Snug Pub Bar. Services include wedding cake cutting, gold Chiavari chairs with ivory or black and gold chair pads, tables, china, glassware, flatware, table linens, and napkins. Additionally, a meal tasting for four is included, along with set up and clean up of chairs and a one-hour rehearsal the week of the wedding.
